Project Brief:
Design, engineering, supply, installation, procurement, fabrication and testing of DCS and   PLC based systems:
Replace relay based process interlocking system with Modicon 984 PLC .
Provide redundant ModBus communication interface to Yamatake Honeywell (host)   DCS.
Replace existing ABB single loop controllers with Yamatake Honeywell DCS   comprising of  DEO workstations, DOPC controllers, DEO I/O subsystem and data   historian .
Complete design and configuration of the DCS including  process graphics (including   group displays)  , advanced control loops .
Panel design and build.
Supply and install Fibre Optic communication between DCS in Process Control Room   and DCS in satellite instrument houses .
